How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered in 5–30 minutes after payment. During busy hours it can take up to 2 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash and Rocket through ZiniPay's secure payment page. We never ask for your PIN.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Log in with Google or email so you can track orders and get receipts.
What if I enter the wrong Player ID?
Contact support right away with your order number. If the top-up hasn't been sent yet we can fix it. Always double-check your ID before paying.
Is my game password safe?
Passwords are encrypted, only visible to the operator delivering your order, and deleted 24 hours after the order is closed. Change your password after delivery.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't deliver your order, you get a full refund to the bKash or Rocket number you paid with. See our refund policy for details.
