Full refunds
If we can't deliver your order (out of stock, region lock, offer already claimed) you get a full refund.
Wrong ID
If the order hasn't been delivered yet we can correct the ID. Once delivered to the ID you entered, we can't refund.
How refunds are sent
Refunds go back to the bKash or Rocket number you paid with, usually within 1–3 working days.
Unpaid orders
Orders that aren't paid within the payment window expire automatically. No money is taken.
